Order Processing

Once you place an order, we begin the process of making your items. This includes hand-winding, assembling, laser-balancing, testing, and packaging your order. Typically, this takes 1-3 business days. Some select models are available for immediate shipping from stock. You can find information about the expected processing time on the product pages in our store.

Tracking Information

Once the tracking number for your order has been issued, we will update your order accordingly and you can track its delivery via our store or the website of the selected carrier (usually DHL, but please refer to the order update information in your customer account).

Delivery Times
