EGODRIFT Shipping Policy
Order Processing
Once you place an order, we begin the process of making your items. This includes hand-winding, assembling, laser-balancing, testing, and packaging your order. Typically, this takes 1-3 business days.
Shipping from Mainland China
Our factory is located in Jiangyin/Wuxi, Mainland China. Here's how our shipping process works:
- Pickup and Transport: After your order is processed, our domestic shipping partner picks up the goods from our factory and transports them to Hong Kong.
- Export Customs Processing: The parcels undergo export customs processing in the official offices in Hong Kong.
- Handing Over to Courier: After customs clearance, our shipping agent drops off the packages at the DHL/FedEx drop-off location in Hong Kong.
Tracking Information
Please note that international tracking information does not become available upon shipping (pickup from our facilities). Tracking numbers are generated only after the parcels reach Hong Kong, pass export customs processing, and are dropped off at the DHL/FedEx drop-off location. Here’s a timeline for your reference:
- Order Processing: 1-3 business days
- Domestic Transport and Export Customs Processing: Variable (typically a few days)
- DHL/FedEx Delivery & Customs in Destination Country: Usually 3-5 business days
Once the tracking number is generated and forwarded to our factory team, we will update your order with the tracking information. By the time you receive the tracking information, the parcels are usually almost out for delivery.
Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: Typically, delivery takes 5-10 business days after the parcel is handed over to the courier.
Please be aware that delivery times may vary based on your location and any potential customs delays in your country.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the shipping method selected. Free shipping may be available for certain orders.
