EGODRIFT Returns Policy
Our Returns Policy is part of our Terms and Conditions of Sale. Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any issues. Before returning an order, contact our customer service team for a returns authorization number to ensure a smooth process.
Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect item, please accept our apologies. Contact us, and we will resolve the issue quickly and with minimal inconvenience. We may request additional information such as pictures to determine the best course of action.
Damaged Items
If your item is damaged during transit, please accept the delivery and contact us immediately. Refusing delivery may delay the return process. Email us at no-reply@egodrift.com with pictures of the damage, and we will provide the best solution.
Faulty Items
If you believe there is a fault with your item, please contact us through your account using the online message center. Provide details of the fault and, if possible, attach pictures. We take all product quality complaints seriously and will investigate thoroughly.
Arranging a Return
To arrange a return, contact our Customer Service team with your order number, the item to be returned, and the reason for the return. We will provide a returns authorization number and instructions. Securely package the item and include the returns form. Obtain a proof of postage receipt to ensure we can process your refund or replacement if the item is lost in transit.
Postage Costs for Returns
We will refund postage costs for returns due to our error, such as incorrect or faulty items or unwanted substitute items. We do not refund postage costs for unwanted items or if no fault is found after testing. Return postage costs for items with no fault found will be communicated after testing.
Undeliverable Parcels
If a courier cannot deliver your parcel or collect local customs fees, the parcel may be returned to us at extra costs. We will not refund initial shipping costs or return shipment charges. If the return shipment costs exceed the order value, we may abandon the shipment, resulting in no refund. We are not responsible for lost shipments if tracking shows the parcel was handed to our courier. Contact the courier directly for shipping issues.
