Solder on the connectors, mount it to your heli and experience it for yourself. Should you want to claim your refund, please get in touch with our customer support, or contact your Authorized EGODRIFT reseller from whom you purchased the item. Once the item has been received and it's condition checked, us or your reseller will issue the refund to you in the same way that you used to make your original purchase.

While building a great motor is indeed an art, and takes years of experience, motors in themselves tend to be very straightforward devices - and do as they're told (usually by the esc and the gov). Give us a chance to look at the setup with you, to see if maybe some software settings are responsible for the motor not performing up to its full potential.

Apparently there's not much to like about a crashed motor. However, this specific "dissatisfaction" does (obvioulsy) not entitle you to a refund covered by this warranty. Only motors in good condition will be accepted. You are, of course, entitled (and encouraged) to mount and fly the motor. As long as you treat it with care and don't break it, we'll take it back.
