Simply purchase the EGODRIFT Tengu motor of your choice, either from us or one of our many Authorized EGODRIFT Resellers. Solder on the connectors, mount it to your heli and experience it for yourself. Should you want to claim your refund, please get in touch with our customer support, or contact your Authorized EGODRIFT reseller from whom you purchased the item. Once the item has been received and its condition checked, us or your reseller will issue the refund to you in the same way that you used to make your original purchase.

Our unlimited 30 days money back guarantee is issued for all models of our Tengu and Scale Collection RC motor lines, including their Eclipse generations. This includes all available stator sizes, shaft length options and versions (HS / HT / EC) thereof.

Motors wound to your individual custom-Kv specification are made to order especially for you and are therefore not covered by the money-back guarantee. If something isn't right with yours, talk to us anyway — we'll always look for a fair solution.

While building a great motor is indeed an art, and takes years of experience, motors in themselves tend to be very straightforward devices - and do as they're told (usually by the esc and the gov). Give us a chance to look at the setup with you, to see if maybe some software settings are responsible for the motor not performing up to its full potential.

Apparently there's not much to like about a crashed motor. However, this specific "dissatisfaction" does (obviously) not entitle you to a refund covered by this guarantee. Only motors in good condition will be accepted. You are, of course, entitled (and encouraged) to mount and fly the motor. As long as you treat it with care and don't break it, we'll take it back.
